This Diane Acrylic Dragon Painting. She’s a bit shy but is quite lovable and loves to take care of her family and can come across quite timid, she’s a force to be reckoned with when you go after the ones she loves. She is often confused as a submissive but in fact, is quite the alpha personality. She’s looking for a mate that will challenge her without the need to control her.

The portrait of Diane was inspired by one of my favorite genres of reading and dragon shifters. I felt called to create my own original dragons in my artwork. Having used other people’s patterns over the years to enhance my skills, it was time to create my own original artwork.

I spend about 5 hours in total from establishing the background to the finished painted dragon on a square canvas that measures 8″ x 8″ x 1″ and is protected with a matte finish. And even though it’s protected, I wouldn’t hang the Diane portrait painting into direct sunlight as the sun will bleach the artwork over time – and I would like for you to appreciate Diane for years to come.

This Diane Acrylic Dragon Painting also makes great for a memorable gift for special occasions such as birthdays, and Christmas or just because for your mystical and dragon loving family or friends.

I started painting because really I just felt called to try something new and different. I started selling my artwork because I wanted to create a little bit of cash flow on my own by selling my handmade creations as I became a stay at home as my son underwent three liver transplants.

Please note that computer screens may have the colors a little off.
